House Rules

Welcome to Paradise Home, situated at Paramount Hotel & Residence Midtown, Business Bay, Dubai. You’re here because you want to book your stay with us. Before you do, please take a look at our house rules (also known as Terms & Conditions) so you know what to expect during your stay with us.

1. Booking Process

The rate quoted is for the apartment per night. The ideally, 4 guests can be accommodated including kids. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking is responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.
Payments can be done using debit / credit card only. Any charges raised against us by our banks any payment, must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.
Security/Damage Deposit of amount 1500 AED (which is labelled as Taxes and Fees) is required. This will be added with your total booking. However, it is fully refundable within 7 to 14 days of departure provided that there is no damage to apartment or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

2. Currency

All the bookings and on-site payments should be only made in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) currency. No other currency shall be accepted.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below:
Check-in by 14:00pm. Early check-in depends on the availability of the room and must be approved by us prior to the arrival date. This may incur an extra charge, which needs to be paid online ahead of time. Upon check in, please present your Government ID card (Passport or Emirates ID). By Law visitors must present personal documents for the accommodation record.
Check-out by 12:00pm on day of departure. Late check out depends on the availability and must be approved by us prior to the departure date. This may incur an extra charge which need to be paid online ahead of time.

4. Cancellation & Non-Arrival Conditions

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Booking that already paid are only refunded in accordance with the following conditions:

Cancellation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full amount of booking refund.
Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = 50% of full booking amount refund.
Cancellation made 48hrs or less of arrival date = No refund will be issued,

Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due.
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

5. Damage & Lost Property

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party (this will be deducted from security deposit). This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys/access cards will incur a replacement charge per key/ card lost.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.

6. Smoking

Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is strictly prohibited throughout the accommodation ground.

7. Pet Rules

We know pets are cute. But unfortunately, we do not allow any pet or other animals in our accommodation.

8. Management Right's

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace at the unit all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance at the property.
Management also reserves the right to change any housing rule without giving any prior intimation to its guests.

9. Complaints

In the event you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your stay, you must immediately inform us during your stay. If we are told of any problems during your stay we will try our best to resolve any issues.
